“IndyBox Systems, the world’s leading manufacturer of Linux
computers, has just announced it has released the most affordable
and fastest 1U Linux rackmount solution available. The IndyBox
R1100 class incorporates a single Intel Celeron processor, Seagate
13GB, 20GB, or 28GB ATA/66 hard disk drives, up to 256MB ECC 100MHz
memory, with as many as three Intel network adapters,
configurations begin at $1195.00.

“IndyBox Systems Chief Executive Brian Treadway said “The R1100
rackmount solution provides powerful processing capabilities, in a
1U (1.75″ tall) chassis, that is very cost-effective. The R1100 is
an ideal solution for many space-limited server rooms and for those
wishing to reduce their colocation costs.”
