“New Programs Further the Organization’s Goals of Growing Linux
Use Worldwide.”

“Linux International (LI), the largest vendor association in the
Linux industry, unveiled new programs designed to promote Linux use
worldwide. Those efforts include co-sponsorship of a Linux
Pavillion at all LinuxWorld exhibitions; formation of the LI
marketing committee; a collaborative marketing program and the
establishment of a case study repository.”

“The Collaborative Marketing program allows LI member
organizations to leverage their combined strength to reach target
markets with a unified Linux message. LI members will be invited to
co-sponsor marketing campaigns directed toward specific target
markets and to include their company logo in ads developed for
these campaigns.”
