infrastructure for the i.Economy. With these agreements, Informix
expands its commitment in the Open Source software environment by
partnering with Linuxcare to deliver industry-leading, advanced
technical support.”

“Linuxcare will provide Informix software engineers with 24X7,
Level 3 technical support services to address customers’ most
challenging support issues. Level 3 issues require in-depth
knowledge of the Linux and Open Source software environment and may
involve comprehensive source-code changes. In addition, a
Cooperative Technical Support Agreement provides for close
cooperation between the two companies and assures prompt and
concise resolution to joint Linuxcare and Informix customers’
questions and concerns.”
