Speaking World!
LinuxStart.Com http://www.Linuxstart.Com – a
comprehensive index of web resources including the largest indexed
linux directory in the world, has now opened a sister site in
France with the same name. The site can be reached from a link on
the LinuxStart.Com Homepage.
The purpose of this site is to make LinuxStart and it’s
resources more accessible to the French Speaking world.
According the Victor Goodman (victor@linuxstart.com), LinuxStart
spokesman, “While there has been great interest in Linux and
LinuxStart Resources in French Speaking Countries it was determined
that the features of LinuxStart would be more accessible if
translated into French. Cedric Godart (cedric@linuxstart.com)
Director of the Belgium Linux Mandrake Users Group, will will
represents LinuxStart. Com in the francophone world.
All major resources on the LinuxStart.Com site have been
translated and new features will be added in the coming days which
are useful to the Francophone public.
LinuxStart.Com supports Linux and Open Source, and believe that
an effective contribution can only be made if the resources
relating to Linux are combined and available to all in a
comprehensive and useable manner.
