LinuxPR: RadiSys Announces Partnership With MontaVista to Support Linux On Its Embedded Solutions

“RadiSys Corp. (Nasdaq:RSYS), a leading global designer and
manufacturer of building blocks enabling next-generation Internet
and communications systems, has signed a partnership agreement with
MontaVista Software Inc., a developer of the Hard Hat Linux (HHL)
operating system for embedded applications, to promote the Linux
operating system on RadiSys’ embedded solutions.”

“Under the agreement, MontaVista is providing focused
support on RadiSys’ embedded solutions for its 100 percent
Linux-based technology.”

“MontaVista’s embedded Linux capabilities will complement and
enhance RadiSys’ design and manufacturing expertise as they create
the building blocks for next-generation Internet, communications,
industrial automation, medical equipment, and transaction terminal
applications,” said, Brian Grega, vice president of sales and
business development for MontaVista. “Together, we will offer OEM
solutions of the highest quality.”
