“talentsoft is proud to announce the release of the first trial
version of Web+ 5. This new release offers both new features and
improvements in speed and scalability over its predecessor. Web+
v5.0 also offers an updated server manager interface, adding
options for redirecting URL’s to avoid clients seeing a “Script Not
Found Error”, the option of disabling the about page, utilizing a
new native Web+ ODBC driver and the ability to trap system errors
to display more customizeable error pages. It is available through
the download pages.”

“Among the most significant features of Web+5 are improvements
in speed (Web+ 5 is not only faster than any of the Web+ 4.x builds
but also faster than its rivals) and scalability (it uses a
multi-threading system instead of being entirely mulit-processed on
Unix and linux). Furthermore, Web+5 offers the ability to parse XML
and precompile web pages for improved performance.”
