The Linux(r) Show!!, continuing their blitz of
announcements leading up to their live broadcast at the LinuxWorld
Expo announce the TLS February Give-away. Contest features a Free
SGI Indy System featuring a 17″ monitor. Hey its almost as good as
free beer.

“Jeff Gerhardt, chief executive officer of GeekCast.Com Networks
and co-host of The Linux(R) Show!! stated today, “What I would
really like to be saying today is that I am giving everyone in the
Linux Community Free Beer but because we have not done our billion
buck IPO it is not practicle. In place of that we are very pleased
to announce a special sweepstakes we are calling ‘The TLS February
Give-away’ and it will feature an SGI Indy system complete with a
17″ monitor. To check out the system people should go to our web
site at www.thelinuxshow.com. This is a very nice system, and the
swepstakes would not have been possible without the participation
of our friends at TheLinuxStore.Com, so I want a bunch of people to
go to their site and buy stuff. Their Bill Witch Project T-shirt is
one of the coolest out there. The computer will be given away on
the February 29th, 2000 edition of The Linux(r) Show!!”

“This is not the first time TLS has worked with
TheLinuxStore.Com, they are partnering on next weeks LinuxWorld
expo broadcast. The Linux(R) Show!! will be bringing their
broadcast team and studio to the floor of the Linux WorldExpo 2000
to do a LIVE end to end remote broadcast of the event. The Linux(R)
Show!! Studio will be located smack in the middle of
TheLinuxStore.com’s Cyber Cafe booth No. 247.”
