Magic Software’s Head of Worldwide Marketing to Discuss
Linux Strategy on The Linux Show Tonight (Tuesday, March 14, 2000)
at 9:00 p.m. EST.

“Linux International Board Member Magic Software Enterprises
(Nasdaq: MGIC) announced today that its vice president of worldwide
marketing, David Leichner, will appear on The Linux Show this
evening at 9:00 p.m. EST to discuss the Company’s long-term
strategies regarding the Linux operating system. Following a brief
introduction, Leichner, who was the leading force in getting Magic
to port its award-winning enterprise development environment and
busines solutions to Linux, will discuss what is next for the
popular software company that saw its stock shoot up more than
1700% during 1999. He will cover such topics as new product
development, strategic partnerships, and the company’s movement to
get business solutions onto the Linux platform. In addition,
Leichner will address why the company chose to bring live penguins
to last year’s LinuxWorld tradeshow to mark its entry into the
Linux community.”

platform, including its award-winning Magic Enterprise Edition v.8
development environment for Linux, which currently is being offered
at an introductory price of $299. Other Magic for Linux products

enables programs developed on other platforms to be seamlessly
