On 20 October SuSE Linux extended its presence in the
French market by opening a sales and services office near
Paris.

“SuSE Linux SARL, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SuSE Linux AG, is
located in the French technology centre of Velizy, near Paris, and
handles all direct and indirect sales activities for SuSE Linux in
France. The new office provides installation support by phone, fax
and e-mail for the French version of SuSE Linux, which debuted two
years ago.”
