desktop. Distro after distro has been tested and evaluated for the
ease of use with the New Linux User in mind. We have concluded that
PCLinuxOS is without a doubt, the best Linux distribution available
today for the first-time Linux user.

“The best part is that it does so without straying from its
Linux roots. I have started and stopped this ‘review’ about 5 times
now. My problem was simple. I was not saying something that had not
already been said a dozen or so times before. I finally came to
understand that, while technical nuts-and-bolts reviews are
valuable, they are not what the new Linux User is looking for. At
least not the two dozen I have helped in the recent past. What I
want to do here is simply explain why PCLinuxOS is, hands down, the
best New User Linux distribution available at this time…”
