The biggest change of the Lumina Desktop 1.3 release appears to be the replacement of KDE Project’s Oxygen icon theme with its own Material Design icon themes, available in light and dark variants and enabled by default for all new installations, as well as if you’re upgrading from a previous Lumina Desktop build. Of course, Lumina Desktop also lets users install the icon themes of their choise. Besides this, the new version ships with an in-house built lumina-mediaplayer utility that dubbs as an app for streaming online radio content, supporting only Pandora at the moment, as well as to play local media files.
