“Penguicon, Michigan’s Linux and SciFi geekfest, was held April
21-23 in Livonia (just West of Detroit). Overall, the presentations
were better and subjects broader. Lots of entertainment too. Here
is a recap.

“Penguicon, in spite of the obvious Linux reference, is not a
conference about computers only. It offers a rather diverse
collection of technical, scientific, creative, and entertaining
subjects. While there is not much available for entertaining small
children, there is plenty for your spouse or significant other to
do if their interests differ from yours. The only real limitation
is time (and sleep)…”
