Moglen: “The Global Software Industry in Transformation: After GPLv3”

“If you think he’s exaggerating about GPLv3 being a product of a
broad consensus, here’s the statement by the Securities Industry
and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA), thanking the Free
Software Foundation for considering the views of SIFMA members when
drafting GPLv3. Here’s a report by Sean Michael Kerner of Internet
