“Legal representatives of the SCO Group and IBM were supposed to
meet in Judge Brooke C. Wells’ Salt Lake City federal courtroom
Saturday, April 17, to show new evidence supporting their cases in
the $5 billion intellectual property lawsuit SCO Group filed
against Big Blue on March 6, 2003. The federal court isn’t open for
business on Saturdays, so the date would have fallen to the next
business day–Monday, April 19. But nothing’s going to happen today
in Judge Wells’ courtroom.“This is because both the plaintiff and defendant asked for more
time to get their evidence and responses to each other’s claims
