Orca 3.9.4 removes deprecated stock items, and fixes two bugs. The first bug (#703645) is related to using the default locale if no family is specified for the default voice, and the second bug (#672195) ensures that key bindings are no longer disabled if Num Lock is active, even in laptop mode.
