“Yesterday, OSO published a brief report on Bynari after
managing to come across some information which suggested that some
interesting changes may be coming about within the company,
(Including information which suggested that a new high profile CEO
may be coming on board to take over the role where Adelstein was
holding the position in an interim role.”

“Apparently, we have some readers over at Bynari, as Tom
Adelstein wrote in to the site, sending me a brief message, asking
if he might have the opportunity to clarify some of the points
expressed in my article. The following is that e-mail message in
full….”

“Also, Bynari has not and is not presently discussing a sale
or merger with anyone. Our company has been the recipient of

approach is to have a warm and creative atmosphere in which to
work. I suggest that the people here enjoy coming here to
work.”
