incorporating Unix features into Win2K – Safe Mode Console (Unix
without X), logging as another user without switching session (su
anyone?), permissions for individual files, and an attempt to
introduce a method to terminate a single application without
destabilizing the system (another effort to kill() Unix, I
suppose).”
