“eBay’s PayPal decided to stop donations made to Bradley
Manning, the US soldier allegedly behind the original Cablegate
WikiLeaks leaks, to help towards his defence costs.

“But PayPal has now backed down.

“”We are again accepting PayPal contributions. These
contributions will be used in support of the “Stand with Brad”
public statement and petition (standwithbrad.org)”, says Courage to

“Our relationship with PayPal has been “complicated” to put it
mildly.

“On January 29, 2011, PayPal restricted access to our account
based on the “need for additional information.”
