distributed around Canada, Lafontaine is able to support them all
from the comfort of his Montreal office.”

“I’ve never even seen a lot of the machines,” Lafontaine said.
“They’re just running in a remote office under someone’s desk. If
something goes wrong, they self-correct or page us, and we can fix
them remotely.”
