“As the recently released Mandriva 2007.1 RC3 is codenamed
‘Beijing,’ I can only hope the final release will not be Tiananmen.
Otherwise, it’s likely that there won’t be any other RC before the
final release, so installing RC3 would give you a pretty accurate
view on how Mandriva Spring will look like and perform.

“Frankly speaking, the bugs I have noticed in it are not major
bugs, nor showstoppers, to me. Some other design choices are more
important than the bugs–and the design choices will not change
between this RC3 and the released version.
