“Computer Associates International, Inc. (NYSE: CA) today
announced that it expects record revenue and earnings results for
its fourth fiscal quarter ended March 31, 1999. Total revenue in
the quarter will be approximately $1.63 billion, up from $1.47
billion recorded the prior year. Client/server revenue for the
quarter is expected to be $802 million, versus the $640 million
recorded in the fourth quarter of fiscal 1998. Fourth quarter
earnings per share (diluted) are expected to be $.83…”
