LinuxQuestions.org is proud to announce that voting for the 2004
LinuxQuestions.org Members Choice
Awards is now
open.
The Members Choice Awards allow the Linux community to select
their favorite products in a variety of categories. Awards will be
given out in 24 categories, including Distribution of the Year,
Browser of the Year, Multimedia App of the Year, Office Suite of
the Year and Security App of the Year.
The polls will close on February 3rd and winners will be able to
pick up their awards in Boston at the LinuxQuestions.org LinuxWorld
Expo booth. Last year’s winners include Firefox, OpenOffice.org and
MySQL.
“The 2003 LinuxQuestions.org Members Choice Awards were
extremely well received by both the Linux community and the award
winners. We’re excited to be able to recognize many well deserving
Open Source projects for the hard work and effort they put in all
year,” said Jeremy Garcia, founder and admin of
LinuxQuestions.org.
