“Computer Associates International, Inc. (CA) and Caldera
Systems, Inc. (Caldera) today announced a partnership to deliver
enterprise-ready, Linux for Business solutions worldwide.

“Under terms of the partnership, CA will develop versions of
Unicenter TNG, including the Unicenter TNG Framework, to support
Caldera’s OpenLinux, bringing greater levels of enterprise
manageability to this Linux platform. CA will produce and
distribute, without charge, copies of Unicenter TNG Framework for
Caldera OpenLinux. Similarly, Caldera will distribute copies of the
Unicenter TNG Framework and associated management APIs with its
OpenLinux product.”
