“Enhanced Software Technologies, Inc., (EST), the developer of
BRU(TM) Backup & Restore Utility today formally announced that
it is engaged in a development partnership with Red Hat, a market
leading Linux developer and service provider. BRU is the #1 award
winning backup & restore utility for Linux systems.”

In concert with the partnership, a trial version of BRU
V15.1 has been placed on Red Hat’s V 6.1 LACD (Linux Applications
CD) for evaluation. As a bonus, Red Hat 6.1 customers will receive
20% off the purchase price of either BRU for commercial use or
BRU-PE (Personal Edition) for non-commercial use.
Too, Red Hat
purchasers can download EST’s CRU 2.0 (Crash Recovery Utility) for
Linux, the utility that simplifies restoring a damaged system.”

“BRU was one of the first commercial software solutions
available for Linux, and remains the most popular backup software.
Red Hat values our long partnership with EST as we work together to
advance Linux in the Marketplace,” said Donnie Barnes, Red Hat’s
Director of Technical Projects.”
