“Edward W. Sample, Chief Executive Officer, Piranha, Inc. (OTC
Bulletin Board: BYTE) announced today the acquisition of Grand
Rapids Science Group, Inc., a Michigan corporation that when
combined with Piranha’s science group in Dallas, will amount to a
total of 25 highly skilled software development scientists.

“As part of the acquisition, Grand Rapids Science Group, Inc.
will be renamed, “Rogue River Software Group, Inc.” and will become
a wholly owned subsidiary of Piranha, Inc.”
