“The driver is included in the latest Linux kernel tree, and
will be available on the Application CD that ships with Red Hat
Linux 6.0 and on RedCreek’s web site www.redcreek.com. RedCreek is
the first VPN hardware provider to announce support for Linux and
for the first time Linux users will be able to use hardware
accelerated IPSec encryption and authentication on a server or
workstation.”

“The reliability of Linux along with its excellent networking
features makes it an excellent platform for building secure
gateways in a corporate environment…”

“RedCreek’s IPSec VPN Card is highly flexible in the way it
allows users to define security policies. Because of this
flexibility users can now combine features of the Linux kernel
along with the IPSec-based security of the card to build highly
configurable, low-cost, high-performance secure gateways,” said
Agnes Imregh, sr. vice president marketing, RedCreek Communications
Inc.”
