“Agree to Ship 1.2 Million Units of TurboLinux Targeting
Small/Medium Businesses.”

“TurboLinux, Inc., the high performance Linux company, announced
today an agreement with Linksys(R), the leading provider of
networking hardware solutions for home and small and medium office
environments, to bundle TurboLinux in shipments of Linksys 10/100
Ethernet products sold in North America. The special bundling will
be included in popular small and medium business solutions such as
10/100 hubs and switches, routers, NIC and PC cards.”

“The agreement, projected by the companies to include more than
1.2 million product, will give Linksys customers TurboLinux
operating system solutions with selected purchases of Linksys
products.”

“Linksys CEO, Victor Tsao said, “We have recognized the fast
growth and popularity of the Linux OS and this partnership with
TurboLinux shows our support in sustaining the Linux growth. The
small and medium business market is also the fastest growing market
segment so bundling Linux with SMB networking solutions brings
together a synergy that will give our customers maximum value.”

“The Linksys/TurboLinux bundled products will be available in
retail computer and electronic stores, through VARs, distribution,
e-commerce and mail order starting in later March.”
