“The Public Patent Foundation, Inc. (“PUBPAT”) is pleased to
announce that Dr. David Garrod, PUBPAT’s Senior Litigation Counsel,
has decided to release his groundbreaking claim construction
dictionaries free of charge through PUBPAT’s web site. They are
