Raleigh News & Observer: Lawsuit Casts Cloud Over Red Hat

“Since then SCO has continued its saber rattling, hinting there
are more Linux-related lawsuits to come. And though SCO has yet to
name Raleigh-based Red Hat, the largest seller of Linux software
and related services, in any legal documents, speculation about a
dampening effect on the adoption of the alternative operating
system has continued to spread.

Exchange Commission, Red Hat listed the SCO claim as a risk factor
