keynote speaker for Venture ’99, the Southeast’s premier venture
capital conference, from April 28 to 29 at the Friday Center on the
campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.”

“The 16th annual event is one of the largest venture conferences
in the country, attracting venture capitalists from across North
America.”

“Venture ’99 is sponsored by the Council for Entrepreneurial
Development (CED)… CED is a private, non-profit organization and
is the largest entrepreneurial support organization in the nation
with more than 2,000 members representing 900 entrepreneurial
companies, financiers and professional firms.”
