“The six-month advanced notification is issued in accordance
with the the company’s Errata Support Policy and means that, after
the 31st of October, no further updates, including security updates
and critical fixes, will be available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux
3. The EOL date will also affect CentOS 3, which is based on the
RHEL 3 source.”
