Reuters: Network Engines seeks $86.25 mln initial stock sale

“Network Engines Inc., which develops and markets
high-powered server appliances for the Internet business
community
, filed on Friday to raise as much as $86.25 million
in an initial public offering.”

“The company said its products have integrated remote management
capabilities and are designed to meet the needs of e-commerce
companies, as well as web-hosting, application service and Internet
service providers.”

“The server appliances are available with either Microsoft
Corp.’s Windows operating system or the alternative open source
system known as Linux.”
