“Just when you thought it was safe to come out from behind that
rock I’m back with a long awaited review. It’s true to say the pace
here has slowed in the last month or two but I’m getting back at it
now and I’m even contemplating another distro tour, this time on my
Dell m1330 laptop. Today’s victim… sorry guest is the Brazilian
distribution Dream Linux 3.0, a Debian-based distro I’d heard quite
a bit about but never actually used. After a while out of the game
would I still remember how to do this? Well, I’ll leave that up to
you to judge but here’s how I got on…

“I downloaded the Dream Linux install live CD and fired it up to
be greeted by a splash screen and then a menu asking me to choose
whether I wanted to load the Gnome or XFCE desktop version…”
