The Russian e-zine “Pref News” devoted mainly to Perl, UNIX and
databases programming is looking for article submissions.

Date: November 29, 1999 — Aachen, Germany — “Pref News” is a
daily e-zine dedicated to the Perl, UNIX and database programming
and located at http://simplex.ru/news/ (or better
http://simplex.ru/news/rus/ if
you don’t have Cyrillic fonts installed) and targeting Russian-
speaking readers around the world. Links to programming
tutorials/articles and interesting code snippets from newsgroups
are provided. Currently maintained by two editors, “Pref News”
hopes to extend its staff, involve more authors and cover more
themes.
