Unfortunately, while there’s a new color option, the specs haven’t been updated from the original Tab 2 7.0, which is also available in silver. The 7-inch tablet (with screen resolution of 1,024×600) runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean using a dual-core Texas Instruments OMAP CPU and includes just 8GB of storage. It does include a handy built-in IR blaster to turn the Tab into a remote control for your TV.
