SCO Legerdemain Gives Us Cattleback to Worry About

“Groklaw reports that SCO Group (remember them) has sold its
Unix holdings to a new subsidiary called Cattleback Intellectual
Property Holdings, only the site can find no mention of such a
transfer in SCO’s previous SEC filings.

“A two-sentence section of the company’s latest 8-K, as read by
Groklaw, reports the proposed sale of its Unix business as of
October 22, but does not name a buyer…”
