“SurfWatch… announced that the latest version of its Software
Developers’ Kit (SDK), version 2.1, is now available. With the SDK,
manufacturers can embed SurfWatch technology directly into their
products.”

“… gives IS managers the ability to assign and manage
different Internet access levels for individual users and groups,
and different access levels for various times of the day and days
of the week. This allows the client’s filtering to be consistent
with a company’s own Internet acceptable use policy.”

“SDK is supported on NT 4.0, and most major UNIX platforms
including Sun Solaris, Linux and FreeBSD.”
