Bristol Technology Inc. has received approval to examine all of
the depositions and exhibits that have been entered in the
Department of Justice, Sun Microsystems Inc., Caldera Inc. and
AT&T cases against Microsoft Corp.

Bristol launched an antitrust suit against Microsoft in August,
claiming Microsoft reneged on its contract to provide Bristol with
access to Win32 programming interfaces and NT 4.0 and 5.0 source
code.
