Snapcraft GUI 2.0 Beta has been published and it adds a new syntax highlighter, the ability to check for updated versions during startup, support for saving and loading Editor settings, as well as the implementation of the example snapcraft.yaml we told you about above. Maybe it’s not much right now, or maybe it is, but Snapcraft GUI 2.0 is coming along nicely, and it’s currently the only graphical user interface for the Snapcraft command-line created by Canonical for Ubuntu Linux operating systems to allow developer to package their applications as Snaps.
