SRO: Bristol seeks access to Caldera documents

“Magistrate Judge Ronald Boyce continued until Friday a hearing
on a request by Bristol Technology Inc. for access to all of the
documentation in the Caldera Inc. vs. Microsoft Corp. antitrust
case. Bristol levied an antitrust suit against Microsoft last
August for alleged failure to make good on its source-code
licensing terms for NT and related Win32 programming interfaces.
‘We feel these cases are all linked. They’re centered around
Microsoft seeking to maintain and extend their monopoly,’ said
Bristol CEO Keith Blackwell.”
