Robb Sands, online auction Linux distributor, feels that he
was wronged by being the immediate target of Red Hat’s crackdown on
illegal use of its trademark, but he has since made peace with the
Linux company.

“Indeed, Sands spoke with Red Hat CEO Bob Young last Friday and
says he “feels good that the situation is basically resolved. I
will be packaging privately labeled BestLinux 6.0, which will be
based on the files from ftp.redhat.com and will be 100% compatible
with Red Hat 6.0”

“A Red Hat spokesperson agreed that “Red Hat feels the issue is
resolved. We wish Robb the best,” she said.”
