While we didn’t expect any big gains for the Linux gaming market-share over the past month, it does come as a surprise there’s a significant drop.
Steam’s Hardware & Software Survey indicates a drop of 0.11% over April that now pegs the Steam Linux market-share at just 0.94%. Generally the Linux market-share on Steam hovers at just over 1.0% but this has been the biggest drop we’ve seen on Steam for Linux in a number of months.
