“If you’re like me you’ve had a Sharp Zaurus SL-5500 for a
number of years and have yearned for a better operating system and
applications for this great little PDA (or Personal Mobil Tool as
it refers to itself).

“I went from the default Sharp ROM thru each of the beta
releases of the The Kompany ROMs as they were introduced. I finally
stuck with the final release of version one. The reason I switched
to TKC.ROM is because I purchased a number of their commercial PIM
applications. The Kompany quickly became frustrated trying to keep
up to date with all the different Sharp ROMs (and Zaurus models)
that were starting to spread as well as all the different libraries
that needed to be installed in order for their ever increasing
number of applications to work properly…”
