and Apex Systems. TECHcapital bills itself as the “Technology
Business and Finance” magazine. It’s published by Post-Newsweek
Business Information, Inc.
“The Jan/Feb issues have just been mailed, their website still
has the November/December issue on it. They probably won’t update
the website until next Monday.
That may be, but Linux Today has poked around and found the
story mounted on the Web.
