“Malaysia is setting up a national open source software
reference centre which is expected to be functioning by the
year-end.

“A report at the Malaysian tech news site Computimes said the
proposed OSS Competency Centre was part of a two-year plan which
would include the drafting of an implementation strategy for OSS in
the country…”
