$99.00 audio operating system and
professional music recording software, designed for Producers,
Remixers and DJ’s releases version 4.0.

Los Angeles, CA (LinuxPR.com) August 23, 2010 — Trinity Audio
Group Inc. announces the availability of Transmission

Transmission OS version 4.0. Transmission, the custom audio
operating system that powers all of the Indamixx line of products
is available today as a digital download for only $99.00 at
Indamixx.com.

Originally designed around mobile platforms such as tablets,
netbooks, and other handheld mobile devices, Transmission has
matured into an ideal solution for both mobile devices and
Laptops.

“Transmission is the most complete all-in-one turnkey solution on
the planet” says Creative Director Ronald Stewart. “With so many
highly desirable production features and applications, Transmission
is a tremendous value”. “The fact that it is only $99.00 makes our
product even more attractive” says Stewart.

New features include an improved user interface (UI) for easier
navigation, Linux real-time kernel version 2.6.31 and the debut of
Stretchplayer an audio file player that allows a user to change the
speed of a song without changing the pitch.

Upgraded features include Ardour 2.8.9, a powerful digital audio
workstation (DAW). Hydrogen 0.9.4, a drum machine and step
sequencer application. Audacity 1.3.12 a popular sound editor and
multi-track recording software program. Mixxx 1.7.2, the open
source Digital DJ solution with a purpose and a
movement.

Other highlights include, ArdourXchange (AXC) a useful tool that
allows entire Pro Tools sessions to be imported directly into
Ardour, an industry first. LinuxDSP, a high end ’boutique’ type
suite of mastering plug-ins optimized for mobile appliances that
includes the ground breaking application JP1. “JP1 is one
of the most important pieces of audio software released this year”.
“It’s a ‘Total Recall’ feature allowing the user to quickly
reconnect a complex studio session or an advanced virtual patch bay
type environment” “JP1 is ideal for anyone on the go, who handles
many different or elaborate audio software setups” says
Stewart.

Other firsts include the first commercially available release of
VSTHost. VSTHost allows a user the ability to run their Windows
based Virtual Instruments with rock solid performance on a stable
Linux platform. Another benefit of VSTHost is that it utilizes WINE
giving popular applications such as Ableton Live, Reason, Guitar
Rig and Native Instrument bundles the ability to run inside the
platform. “This feature gives a user the best of both worlds, and
my favorite part is our customers reported these advancements in
Transmission’s cross-platform integration”.
