TurboLinux Cluster Web Server, a high availability, high
performance, clustering solution for Linux is freely available for
beta testing from http://community.turbolinux.com/cluster/.
A discussion forum mailing list for this software can be joined by
sending e-mail to cluster-ctl@community.turbolinux.com and
including subscribe your name in the body of the message.

This solution features load balancing, three types of heartbeat
checks, and configurable ports. It has been tested with dozens of
machines in a cluster and in theory, should be able to handle
thousands of nodes in a single cluster (we have not tried this
yet). Since it uses configurable ports, almost any web server can
be used, including Apache. The software has been tested with
millions of hits per day on a single cluster. Future versions
should be able to exceed this number.

This version is for testing purposes only.
