There are two new Open Source projects from IBM
developerWorks.


BlueHoc
, a tool that predicts the performance of Bluetooth
wireless hardware technologies. BlueHoc simulates the baseband and
link layers of the Bluetooth specification.

MXT for Linux
. The MXT support patch must be applied to the
Linux kernel to make the best use of Memory eXpansion Technology
(MXT), a hardware technology for compressing main memory contents
that effectively doubles the amount of memory. The MXT Support
Patch for Linux is licensed under the GNU General Public
License.
