The Ubuntu Kernel Team announced that they are currently still tracking the Linux kernel 4.2 packages of Ubuntu 15.10 (Wily Werewolf) for the development of Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus), which will be soon rebased on the Linux 4.3 kernel series, but until then, the devs need to clean the DKMS packages.
