The Ubuntu operating system has been spotted in an Lockheed Martin video about a humanoid robot they’re building, called Atlas. Not surprisingly, Ubuntu is used in a lot of domains, robotics and science being some of them. This time, Canonical’s system has been seen in video made by Lockheed Martin for their Atlas humanoid robot, built for the DARPA Robotics Challenge.
